Franklin County... You may qualify for free energy-savings services through the Electric Partnership Program (EPP).
The EPP helps income-eligible households reduce electric usage and lower energy costs through free in-home energy saving improvements, which may include:
- Smart power strips
- LED lightbulbs
- Energy education
- Energy-efficient refrigerators (if eligible)
- Other energy-saving measures based on household needs
To be eligible for EPP, you must be PIPP-qualified.
