We have multiple options for financial literacy and homebuyer education to help meet your busy schedule.
Can't make our classes? Self-paced homebuyer education is available through Framework for a fee.
What Homebuyer Class is Best for You?
Whether you are taking a homebuyer education class for a lending requirement or you are just starting on your homeownership journey, CHN has a financial education class for you! With in-person, virtual and self-paced options, every schedule is accounted for.
Homebuyer Basics: Start here if you are just beginning your financial and homeownership journey!
Homebuyer Education: If you have started house hunting, Homebuyer Education is for you! This 8-hour course meets HUD and National Industry Standards for Homebuyer Education and will equip you for long-term homeownership. A certificate is issued upon course completion.
Self-Paced: Looking for a self-paced and flexible way to complete your homeownership education course? FRAMEWORK is a $75 online course that meets the counseling requirements for HUD homebuyer programs.

Have you begun hunting for your home? The Homebuyer Education Series if for you! This 8-hour course (2-hours for four consecutive sessions) meets HUD and National Industry Standards for Homebuyer Education and will equip you for long-term homeownership.
Please note: This course meets education for HUD-approved down payment assistance programs. Upon completion of the course, a Homebuyer Education certificate will be issued (valid for one year from course completion date).

Just getting started on your financial and homeownership journey? Start at Homebuyer Basics. During this free class, a HUD-certified instructor will walk you through the homebuying process, local resources and programs to assist you, tips and tricks for getting homebuyer ready and our instructor will answer any questions you may have.
Please note: No certificate is issued upon completion of this course.
