FRAMEWORK is a $75 online course that meets the counseling requirements for HUD homebuyer programs.
Homebuyer Basics lays the groundwork to the homebuying process!
A HUD-certified counselor will provide an overview of the homebuying process in this free class. Topics include getting finances mortgage-ready, the key players you will need to know during the homebuying process, first-time homebuyer programs and how to research financial products and determine which are right for you. No certificate is issued upon the completion of this class.
