Samuel Covert
Director of Real Estate Finance
Samuel Covert serves as Director of Real Estate Finance at CHN Housing Partners, where he supports the organization's real estate development initiatives through financial management, construction draw oversight, budgeting, reporting, and process improvement.
Samuel brings more than twelve years of experience in commercial real estate and public accounting. Most recently, he served as a Real Estate Accounting Manager with CBRE, overseeing financial operations for a large commercial real estate portfolio. Earlier in his career, he held audit positions with Ernst & Young, Howard Wershbale & Co., and Bober Markey Fedorovich, serving commercial real estate, affordable housing, nonprofit, and HUD clients.
Samuel is Treasurer of the Beta Kappa Housing Company, where he oversees financial reporting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University with majors in Accounting, Finance, and Business Pre-Law.
