Peggy Melnick

Vice President, Finance

Peggy Melnick is responsible for the overall management of the financial operations of CHN Housing Partners, its 29 affiliates and two nonprofits. In her role she supervises the staff of the finance department, grants management and compliance, cash management, reporting to our funders and partners, and overseeing the completion of the annual audit. Peggy has been with CHN since 2007 and has over 25 years of experience in finance. Prior to joining CHN she worked as a certified public accountant specializing in audit and assurance. Peggy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Case Western Reserve University.
