Jim Poznik is director of acquisitions and underwriting at Grow America, where he provides debt and equity financing for affordable housing and community development projects nationwide. With more than 25 years of experience in community development finance, he previously led community development lending and investment efforts at Huntington Bank and KeyBank. Jim has also held leadership roles with Historic Gateway Neighborhood Development Corporation, the Ohio Housing Council, and fundraising efforts for the Chiari and Syringomyelia Foundation. He joined CHN’s Board in 2016. Jim holds a master’s degree in business administration from Cleveland State University.
