Jantel Jones
Director, Compliance and Property Management
Jantel Jones is the Director of Operations and Compliance at CHN and an accomplished affordable housing professional with more than 20 years of experience in property operations, compliance, auditing, and asset management. She began her career as a receptionist and advanced through key leadership roles including Compliance Specialist (COS), Property Manager, and Regional Manager, gaining a comprehensive understanding of housing operations. Jantel has also served as both a HUD Auditor and Tax Credit Auditor, strengthening regulatory compliance and operational accountability across multifamily portfolios. In her previous role as Compliance and Budget Coordinator, she successfully established a Compliance Department, implementing systems that improved regulatory performance and portfolio stability.
She brings extensive experience across affordable housing programs including HUD,811, Home, Bond, LIHTC, and Housing Choice Vouchers. Jantel is known for her strategic leadership, strong regulatory expertise, and commitment to supporting high quality affordable housing
