Dan Last is an Asset Management Team Lead with KeyBank’s Community Development Banking group, where he leads a team of asset managers focused on affordable housing. He previously worked as a financial analyst with RBC Capital Markets and SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners.  Dan is an active member of the Consortium for Housing Asset Management (CHAM), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He holds a business degree from the University of Victoria and an associate degree in Community Development from CEGEP Marie‑Victorin. Dan joined CHN’s Board in 2018.
