Chris Warren retired in 2014 after a 52-year career during which he held various leadership positions related to community development, affordable housing, and community organizing in Cleveland.   He was the first Executive Director of Tremont West Development Corporation, the first Executive Director of Cleveland Housing Network, Cleveland’s Community Development Director, Cleveland’s Economic Development Director, President of Shorebank Enterprise Group, and Cleveland’s Chief of Regional Development.   In 2015 he joined the CHN Housing Partners Board and subsequently served as CHN Housing Partners’ Treasurer and Board Chair.  He has lived his entire adult life on the near west side of Cleveland.
