Cathryn Greenwald is a partner in the real estate practice at Thompson Hine LLP, where she advises clients on commercial real estate transactions including development, financing, acquisitions and leasing. She has also worked on research projects analyzing the impacts of foreclosure on Northeast Ohio communities and is a strong advocate for homeownership as a pathway to stability and economic growth. Cathryn joined CHN’s Board in 2015. Cathryn was selected for the Ohio Super Lawyers list in 2024 and 2025, and is also listed as one of Best Lawyers in America® for Real Estate Law from 2024 to 2026
