Orchard Village

Orchard Village was co-developed by CHN Housing Partners and Detroit Blight Busters. The development includes 48 two-bedroom, one-bathroom units, each approximately 850 sq. ft., for households earning 30–60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

The four-building layout creates a distinct sense of place and aligns with the community’s vision for a walkable Old Redford and the City of Detroit’s plan for the Old Redford Link pedestrian loop.

Located in the heart of the Old Redford business corridor, Orchard Village is within walking distance of restaurants, Meijer and the Crowell Recreation Center.
