Steven Hykes
Chief Financial Officer
As chief financial officer, Steven leads the financial operations of CHN Housing Partners and its affiliates. Before joining CHN, Steven served as chief financial and growth officer at AMS Impact Group, an education service provider, and as chief financial officer at United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona. Steven began his career in public accounting, working in audit, tax, and mergers and acquisitions at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has a diverse background in international volunteer work, restaurant management, and educational and nonprofit organizations.
Steven earned his certified public accountant license in 2015 and holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting with a minor in economics from the University of Akron.
