Mike Griffin is the Director of Affordable Housing for the National Development Council’s (NDC) Corporate Equity Fund. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of NDC’s Affordable Housing efforts which are primarily accomplished through its Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) syndication. These efforts raise over $100 million a year to finance affordable housing across the country. Prior to joining NDC in the spring of 2014, Mike was the Senior VP / Director of KeyBank’s Community Development Banking group, with responsibility for Corporate CRA Compliance and Asset Management. Mike is a graduate of Cleveland State University with dual degrees in Business Administration and Spanish. He serves on several non-profit boards primarily focused on providing affordable housing and services to low-income communities. In 2010 he was appointed to a 3-year term on the Federal Reserve Board’s Consumer Advisory Council where he was the Vice-Chair of the Housing and Community Development committee.
