Chris joined CHN in 2010 as a Construction Manager and moved into Maintenance in 2012. As Director of Maintenance, today he is responsible for ensuring that all of CHN’s maintenance, violations, insurance claims and sales inspections are completed in compliance with OHFA, MSHDA, local governments, and partners. He helped turned a maintenance department that was over 90% contractor-based to 90% in-house, staffing over 40 people and maintaining 2,000 units at its peak. Chris has over 30 years of residential and light commercial construction design, building and management experience.
