CHN brings to the table:
Experience & Capacity
Our success is attributable to the dedication of over 250 full-time employees and nearly 55 property management/compliance/maintenance staff. Our property management team is experienced in everything from marketing and lease-up to maintenance and day-to-day operations. Our experience includes compliance, inspections, audits, tenant relocation and facilities management, maintenance and asset management.
Successful Track Record
CHN maintains a 98% occupancy rate on its current management portfolio in addition to 97.5% on-time rent collections. CHN is highly adept in LIHTC compliance monitoring, HUD Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs) and HUD NSPIRE.
Comprehensive Monitoring
We use a comprehensive set of performance indicators to ensure effective property operations and exceptional resident services. Property-level metrics include monthly economic vacancy rates, delinquency trends, make ready completion times, and work order response efficiency. In parallel, we track resident-focused indictors such as service request resolutions, participation in on-site programs, resident satisfaction, referrals, and engagement. Housing program compliance is also continuously monitored to uphold regulatory standards and support long-term community stability.
