Property & Asset Mangement
CHN offers property management and maintenance services to owners of housing financed through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and various HUD capital and subsidy programs including HOME, Section 8, HUD PRAC, Hope VI, and Supportive Housing Program (SHP). We can provide these services to single- and multi-family properties including permanent supportive housing. We work with partners in the Great Lakes region including Ohio, western New York, southeastern Michigan and western Pennsylvania.
