Chevybrook is a preservation project located in Parma, a suburb south of Cleveland. ​

​10 residential buildings, each consisting of six townhome-style units on approximately six acres (total of 60 units)​

40 two-bedroom units and 20 three-bedroom units serving low-income families​

Funded mainly through Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). Other financing sources include HUD Section 221(d)(4), OHFA Bond Gap Financing, Parma Public Housing Authority financing and project-based rental subsidy.
