Our Services

We offer affordable housing development and related services to other organizations, designing and implementing custom housing solutions for their communities. We also manage and deliver large-scale housing related services to the community for public and private organizations.

Since 1981 we have developed over 6,000 affordable multi-and single-family homes, helped 2,500 low-income families achieve home ownership, and each year we serve 30,000 low-income families through housing stability services.As a diversified, multi-service organization we have the ability to provide vertically integrated housing solutions for our clients—giving us a unique advantage in customizing total housing solutions.
