KeyBank Supports the Power of a Permanent Address

Keybank CHN representatives

Making the power of a permanent address possible for thousands of our low- and moderate-income neighbors would not be possible without support from our generous funders.

We want to highlight KeyBank, which has been a partner to CHN for decades. In addition to sponsoring events that support CHN’s mission, KeyBank’s investment in the power of a permanent address includes:

    • Making the dream of homeownership a reality for many through support for our lending arm, CHN Housing Capital
    • Improving housing quality through home repair funding alongside the City of Cleveland
    • Helping the families in our nationally recognized Lease Purchase Program, a 15-year pathway to homeownership, improve their financial position so they can purchase their homes
    • Working to eliminate chronic homelessness through permanent supportive housing developments as part of Cuyahoga County’s Housing First Initiative
    • Increasing our community’s affordable housing stock through support for our single and multi-family developments including those in our Lease Purchase Program
    • And, last but not least, helping with free tax preparation for hundreds of residents through financial support and volunteer tax preparers

KeyBank’s mission to empower others to thrive resonates deeply with ours: to leverage the power of affordable stable housing to change lives and improve communities. As our work evolves to meet the changing needs of our community, KeyBank has been a consistent and supportive partner.
We are grateful for KeyBank’s continued support and commitment to our cause and look forward to many more years of working together.
