McGregor Senior Assisted Living

Located in East Cleveland, the McGregor Senior Assisted Living project provides 90 new affordable and market rate apartments for seniors. McGregor Senior Assisted Living includes activity areas, gardens, patio, and walking paths, a multi-purpose room with kitchen and conversation areas.

CHN is the developer, and The McGregor Foundation is the owner and property manager of McGregor Senior Assisted Living. The project was funded mainly through the use of Low

Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). Other financing included loans from Citizens Bank and the McGregor Foundation, a grant from the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, and project-based rental subsidy.
