Legacy at St. Lukes
Portfolio of Projects

In 2015, CHN was chosen by property owner Cleveland Neighborhood Progress and Buckeye Shaker Square Development Corporation to co-develop the 7.1 acre site next to the Saint Luke’s campus.
The development introduces new, higher density townhomes for 30-year rental to low-income families. The homes will be designed using “Net Zero Ready” advanced standards and best practices.
Families will have the opportunity to live in a sustainable, green neighborhood just minutes away from Cleveland’s medical and cultural district, shopping, cultural events, restaurants and more.
Saint Luke’s Hospital was built in 1927 and vacated in 1999. Today, the 390,000 square foot building houses affordable senior apartments, a K-8 Charter school, a Boys and Girls Club, Early Education Program, Health Clinic and office space for several non-profit organizations.
