Multiple Options Available for Financial Literacy and Homebuyer Education!
CHN offers financial and homeownership classes on a variety of topics. Attend free, instructor-led financial literacy and homebuyer education classes virtually through CHN!
Can't make our classes? Self-paced homebuyer education is available through Framework for a fee.

What the FICO?

TBD | 12 - 1 p.m.This class guides you through your personal credit report. You will identify and dispute errors and take steps to rebuild or establish your credit.
Home Ownership Series
This series runs for two weeks on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Please note: The series meets the counseling requirements for HUD down payment assistance and first time home buyer programs, but you must complete all four courses in the series.

Know Your Loan Lingo
Tues., Oct. 10 | Tues., Oct. 24 | 6 - 8 p.m.A detailed look at the Purchase Agreement, Loan Application, Appraisal Report as well as the new Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure documents is the focus of this workshop.
