The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) awarded Low Income Housing Tax Credits to CHN for two affordable housing projects:
- Emerald Alliance XI, permanent supportive housing for the chronically homeless.
Our newest permanent supportive housing partnership with EDEN will be located on the site of the YMCA in Cleveland’s Brooklyn neighborhood. This is part of the Housing First Initiative led by Enterprise Community Partners and the Office of Homeless Services. FrontLine provides on-site supportive services.

Twenty-two lease purchase homes will be developed with community partners Detroit Shoreway Community Development Organization and Metro West. These homes will near Thomas Jefferson International Newcomers Academy on West 46th Street.
