In June 2015, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) announced its 2015 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) awards which included two awards to CHN Housing Partners.
The first, Emerald Alliance IX, is a permanent supportive housing building for Cuyahoga County’s Housing First Initiative, to be located at E. 131st and Miles Avenue in the Union Miles neighborhood. CHN will again team up with partners EDEN, Inc and FrontLine Service on this project.
The second project, Hough Heritage, will be a 60-unit, independent senior housing apartment building on E. 97 Street near Chester Avenue. Hough Heritage will be part of a larger development footprint spearheaded by The Finch Group that includes the recently completed market-rate Innova apartment building.
