Robin has 34 years of design and construction experience focused on housing, affordable housing, and public and federal projects, serving as director, senior project manager, construction manager, owner’s representative, design-build contractor and general contractor. Her projects have varied in size and scope ranging from $50,000 to $500 million in construction costs and included renovations, historical preservation/restoration, additions and new construction from inception to owner move-in. Robin is skilled in logistics, phasing, streamlined means and methods, value engineering, and fast-tracking construction activities to reduce duration in schedule.
