Chief Financial Officer
Mary oversees CHN’s finance, fundraising and communications, legal and compliance and IT departments, as well as CHN’s financial operations, including CHN Housing Partners and its subsidiaries, a consolidated organization that has grown to $80M in total assets. She is responsible for CHN’s financial reporting and completion of the annual audit, ensuring compliance with numerous funders and government regulators, and tax filings for 29 affiliates and two nonprofit entities. Mary has been with CHN since 1992 and is responsible for CHN’s audit preparations, related financial reporting and tax filings for 29 Partnerships and 2 Not for Profit entities. S Mary is a Certified Public Accountant and has a bachelor’s of Business Administration from Kent State University.
