Mark Whipkey
Chief Asset Management Officer
Mark is responsible for CHN’s real estate development work, single family preservation and construction departments, its single and multifamily property management and asset management, ensuring the long-term financial and operating viability of the CHN’s real estate portfolio. Mark brings over 30 years of affordable housing experience to CHN and has been with the organization since 2008. He is a former board member of the Midwest Affordable Housing Management Association and serves on the Ohio Housing Council, Policy Committee, statewide association of affordable housing professionals. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning, a master’s degree in Economics and an ABD in Political Economy.
