Laura is responsible for Salesforce, and other platforms, that support internal and external CHN programs, enabling us to deliver our services to clients. She has 12+ years of experience managing Salesforce platforms for organizations ranging in size from small startups to large, global enterprises. Laura has multiple Salesforce certifications including Architect level certifications. She has been a Cleveland Salesforce Women In Tech (WIT) community group leader for 10+ years; promoting and supporting women in technology through a variety of events.
