
Gwen Donely
Director of Analytics and Reporting, CHN Housing Partners
Gwen Donley is the Director of Analytics and Reporting at CHN. She leads the organization’s analytical efforts, data management and governance, and internal and external reporting. Previously, she worked for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as a Data Scientist with the Administration for Children and Families, helping to support low-income families with utility assistance, social services, and community development. Gwen was a research fellow with the Institute for Research on Poverty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has extensive analytical and community-engaged experience from additional roles with the Mary Ann Swetland Center for Environmental Health at Case Western Reserve University and as an evaluator with R-Eval Consulting. Her work has focused on community wellbeing, nutrition and food security, residential mobility, maternal health, and nonprofit data management. Gwen has a PhD in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Case Western Reserve University, a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Eastern Finland, and dual bachelor’s degrees in Anthropological Sciences and Italian from Ohio State University.
