
Andrew Bailey
Vice President, Real Estate Development
Andrew began his career at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) in 2008 as a graduate student intern. Over the next several years he served in multiple positions at the agency, the latest being Director of Planning, Preservation and Development. In that role, he oversaw the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program, authored several program guidelines including QAPs, and administered all other affordable housing resources for the state. His time at OHFA made him passionate about collaborative and pragmatic approaches to housing policy and community development. In 2015, Andrew left OHFA to start a career in real estate development where he has acquired, refinanced or preserved over 21,000 units of affordable housing. Andrew holds a graduate degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.
