Maple Park Place is the first and only independent senior housing complex in the city of Maple Heights.
In 2014, Maple Park Place made history by opening its doors as the first independent senior living apartment complex in Maple Heights.
CHN Housing Partners developed the forty-eight (48) unit building to meet the growing needs of low-income seniors in Cuyahoga County and also provides on-site property management.
The building is ADA compliant, meets Universal Design standards and offers wheelchair accessible units as well as sensory impaired units for the visually and hearing impaired. The building is equipped with security cameras, community room, exercise room, media/computer room, and laundry facilities on each floor. One and two bedroom apartments include stove, refrigerator, microwave, and utilities.
The project was funded through the use of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), HUD Section 202 Capital Advance, Tax Exempt Bonds, Cuyahoga County HOME funds, and an Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati.
