Maintenance Requests

If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency, call the maintenance hotline at (216) 574-7110 at any time. Most repairs are completed within 72 hours (exceptions include extensive repairs such as roofing or major sewer work). Please note, only emergency calls are accepted after 5 p.m. and on weekends. For all non-emergencies, CHN will contact you within 24 hours to schedule repairs.

Maintenance satisfaction surveys are mailed routinely to all residents once a job is completed. CHN values your feedback so we can improve quality and better serve you.

To ensure quality service please:

  • Make yourself available to the contractor.
  • Return all calls to set up an appointment immediately.
  • Provide a daytime and evening phone number.
  • Always write down the name, company, and phone of the repairman.
  • Make sure someone at least 18 years of age is present, or we will not be able to enter your home for the repair!
