Less than 40% of Cuyahoga County households have high-speed Internet. Some Cleveland neighborhoods have no Internet capability whatsoever.

Borrow a hotspot device for 21 days from any Cleveland Public Library and these Cuyahoga county libraries: Garfield Heights, Warrensville Heights, Maple Heights, Southeast/Bedford Heights.
Low-cost Computer Equipment!
PCs for People offers low-cost computers and low-cost hot spots. (Income must be at or below 200% of poverty.)
Free Training
We offer one-on-one or group training for new or advanced technology users. Based on your schedule, classes can be held at our computer lab in Cleveland or at a location convenient to you (e.g., a local library). We customize our classes based on interest and need, but a sample includes:
- Computer Basics (Microsoft Office, Google, e-mail, Internet searching)
- Technology for Job Seeking (e.g., online job search, resume building)

- Document Production & Sharing
- Internet Scams (and how to avoid them)
