CHN & NHS LOAN PAYMENTS / COVID-19 RESPONSE
CHN is working to provide relief to our families to assist them through this difficult period. If you’re facing a hardship and cannot make your loan payment, please complete the following application, and we will walk you through the process after receiving it.
Loan Payment Deferral Process
If you are having difficulty making loan your payment, you must first contact Jose Lopez, CHN’s loan servicing representative, at (216) 774-2365 or [email protected].
Please do not just stop paying on your loan.
To request to Defer Your Loan Payments, please submit the information below:
4) If approved, CHN will email you a Loan Payment Deferral Agreement covering the following:
No late fees will be charged on deferred loan payments.
Loan payments can be deferred up to 90 days.
Deferred loan payments will be moved to the end of the customer’s loan and the term of your loan will be extended by the same period.
After your Loan Payment Deferral is completed, a formal Loan Modification Agreement must be signed by you and CHN to make the deferral effective. We will take you through this process.
We will respond to your request within 72 hours of your submission of this application.
